I had a positive experience. Friendly staff. It's a very large and busy place! I only take a star off because the check-out process was slow. The cashier made some mistakes and had to redo it. Not a huge deal though. If I lived near here, I'd make it my regular spot. read more

This place is a complete ripoff!!! The weed is weak and waaay overpriced. I thought it was an Illinois thing, coming from California, but it's not. They're price gouging, the exact same uncle arnies drink that was $11.00 regular price and these yahoos just hiked it to $14.00 , which effectively negates any discount we get. Same drink regular price up the road in Champagne for $11.00 still. I'm not going there today, but starting tomorrow I'll be going to champagne for my stuff. Besides, at least there's a Portillo's up there. For what it's worth, the folks inside seem to be nice enough, but I'm tired of getting ripped off at this place. One more thing, don't complain to anyone though... they'll stop giving you loyalty points too. Happened to me. read more

We stopped through this dispensary in Illinois on our drive down to Texas. It was the first one that we saw and was the most convenient as we entered the state. This was pricey since it was the first one seen from the IL-IN border. Definitely pre-order online because the lines inside are long with long wait times. The service was friendly and everyone was very patient. read more

I have not run into any "bad" employees at this facility and they always treat me right and make my visit very pleasant. Tony assisted me with an extremely friendly tone and was super knowledgeable about some of the items I was purchasing! People complain about the price but they need to realize it's the state taxing them, so calm your wad and smoke a little more.. Always a quick purchase in and out when I'm here!! read more

What this place is doing is the definition of criminal. They are selling and marketing delta 8 as REAL cannabis. DELTA8 is a synthetic man made HEMP product. I was visiting a family member who lives here. I'm from California, but live in NC now. So when I seen a opportunity to get something other then what's legal in NC , which is only delta 8 and other HEMP products, I thought I would finally get some real stuff. NOT THE CASE. They are marketing them selves and advertising them selves as a CANNABIS DISPENSARY, selling real CANNABIS, when this is nothing short of a BOLD FACE LIE. read more

most days it's an amazing, friendly experience but today Taylor was miserable and rude for no reason. almost every day and never have a problem with anybody. pleasant and friendly and helpful besides and that Austin guy who pretends to be military and threatens to kill horrible person in that but she was just ignorant for no reason today and I'm sure they'll be some excuse about her having a bad day, but you shouldn't work with people if you don't know how to not be miserable for no reason read more

I have the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a dispensary today. I have horrible anxiety and it wasn't feeling well when I went to The Dispensary which I communicated to the employee that attended to me at one of the inner desks on the medical side. I told him several times what I was trying to buy and that I wanted to buy sale items, he listened to nothing I said so much so that I left with no flower at all and several items I didn't ok. I.spent over $600 dollars and have basically NOTHING that I really NEED!! The people that work here are suddenly out to take advantage of anyone in need or suffering with anxiety or withdrawal or cancer or some other physical or mental health issue(s) so badly they aren't able to think clearly. Feeling so let down and sooooooooooooo overwhelmed at the horrific decline within the most important alternative medicine providers in Illinois. Even the other employee present looked on with a face of shock as the other employee bullied me into getting what he recommended....I don't think I'm ever going back at this point read more
