We were also in need of a bottle opener and were given a promotional Jagermeister opener because we were "friends". It is one of my favorite souvineers. We found the wines weren't much higher than in California, and they had a good selection. The clerk knows better than to advise you of your cruise ship's policies. An interesting sign overhead promoted "Corona for a Cure." Over a 3-month period a portion of purchases of cerveza was donated to cancer research. Yeah, drink for cancer! It's the Alaskan way!

It really makes them stand out! What I don't enjoy is some of the customer service at the cashier table. There is one filipino cashier in particular that never smiles and is never happy to see or help you. I wish they did stay open a little bit longer but I know it might not be very busy if there were later hours. Other than the rude cashier that I experienced, I love coming to this place with my family.
