During the initial estimate, Antonio listened to all of our concerns and we walked the entire house with us. He spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information he needed to give us an accurate bid that reflected everything we were looking for. We really appreciated that there was no pressure and he wasn't pushy in any way. He gave us all the information we needed and then gave us space to make a decision. Once we chose them, communication was excellent. We received daily texts about what time the crew would arrive in the morning. We also would get an evening text asking how things were going and if we had any concerns (which we never did). The crew was also kind, respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Gabriella also came by to check on the work herself during the process as well. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very meticulous and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Rudd's tech "Hayden"did a great job with this industrial size water heater. Most recently I contacted Rudd for an estimate on replacing the HVAC duct work in my crawl space. Well little did I know the main Sewage drain had been leaking. My Rudd tech "Steven Ross" was quick with a quote and they replaced my entire drainage system and got it up to code.
