Now the system has shut itself down and our customer service person at Berkeley Electric suggested we call Boss Energy. Jared answered the phone (what- an actual human?? How 1990s of them!) and immediately went into problem solving mode. The problem is not yet fixed, but I have a good feeling about Boss Energy!
