Judging from others comments we've found they're a little overpriced in the market. Also, they have a Tax Preparation service which totally threw us under the bus. We'd always filed using a certain form and this particular year they said we didn't need it. Sure enough our large refund has been seriously delayed. We'd even been contacted by the IRS asking if we had planned to file with the same particular form since they didn't receive it this year. I would not recommend this business especially in their tax preparation service. Frankly I would give them a 'F' or '0' rating. Costly mistake we don't intend to repeat again. read more

There were no warning calls of appointment cancellations. In fact, I had signed up for appointment reminders via text, and had received a text message just earlier today to remind me of my appointment. I will be filing taxes elsewhere for now. :)
