I asked the lady working and she said she didn't do it and it must have been there when I brought it but I showed her a picture of me wearing it a week before (no spot) and she became rude and said it was definitely my fault. I take good care of my clothes and this was a silk dress so I was even more cautious wearing it. I will not be returning. If you're like me and want to take care of your clothes too, avoid this place at all cost. UPDATE: another vintage top had the tassels CUT off! I wore it once! I am livid.

So for the same price to rent/pay on a new W/D I'm now dropping off my clothes at Bulldog Laundry and saving loads of time I used to use to procrastinate on folding laundry. They always come back nicely folded or hung up, smelling great, wonderfully cleaned, and within the same day when I drop off in the morning. Love their texing service to let me know I can come pick up. Always different people behind the counter but they've all been nice and quick to give me my ticket or find my bag.

I just hate it when businesses don't live up to their store hours, but at any moment or the bat off and eye, closes before actual closing time, no matter how it make affect others. Today I was going through our clothes as we're going out of town and realized that I didn't pick up our granddaughters and wife's stuff. They were closed as it's a holiday weekend but after posting "help" I received a call to meet them and they'd get my order. They have a forever customer. I highly recommend them not only for the outstanding dry cleaning but because of the quality of the people.

I can overlook the fact that they put heavy starch instead of light starch on my shirts, but I can no longer tolerate their indifference towards customers. I usually waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front to help me. Then they would disappear into the back to try to track down my order! I picked up a few shirts and took them home. After unwrapping them, I noticed a large black grease mark across the front of one of the shirts. It took two weeks and four return visits to get the stain removed. The elderly lady who works there seems to have no concept of customer service. I now have to drive to Alps Road to get my cleaning done, but it's worth it not to deal with New Way.
