Thank you Greg Mackie.

I then returned and bought a beautiful hoodie that is so soft and has patches on the elbows! It looks so cool and it's snuggly. Then I returned to the shop the day before a First Friday sale. The owner extended an offer to myself and the two other ladies in the store. The offer was for $100 for any 7 items. She had things marked down 50% off, but most of her shirts were listed at $35 and above. Everything is well made and beautiful. I got a wonderful pair of jeans that look killer on me, a really pretty sweater that is soft as ever, a cute top with stars and stripes that could be worn year round, a smiley faced shirt that fights depression another really pretty long sleeve shirt and two beautiful dresses. Her floral arrangements are always incredibly gorgeous. She just arranged all of the bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and unity candle holder for my wedding this past weekend. Her arrangements were more beautiful than I could have ever dreamt! To say that I was happy and pleased with my wedding flowers would be an absolute understatement! Because we had a December wedding, we chose silk flowers with live greenery. I was a little nervous at first to use silk flowers because they can sometimes look so fake, but these did not look fake at all! They were stunning! Jane was wonderful to work with and really helped bring my vision to life while adding to it to make it even more beautiful than I could have imagined!

I have been getting the run around since the first time I told Brandon there was a problem in May of 2020 He told me it would be challenging to fix properly, but he never told me that he wasn't going to fix it. First I was told I'd have to wait for the water to warm up, then he never returned my calls until it was time to close the pool. The next season it was the same, as soon as the water gets warm I'll come fix it. And then my calls and texts were ignored all season. I was hopeful that 2022 was the summer it was going to be fixed finally. Since no one answers the phone at the retail shop and no one takes messages off the machine I went there personally to see if it was ever going to be made right. At that point Brandon starting yelling at me, saying that he told me it was going to be hard to fix and that he's told me that before. I left their store in tears. I have never been treated this way before, and never expect to be treated that way again. Until this liner problem, I was a happy customer. I feel their handling of this situation is fraudulent, and yelling at a woman customer is never acceptable. We paid over $6,000 for this new liner, and now our pool is barely usable.
