I was amazed at the cozy rustic setting, the tremendous amount of beautiful merchandise, some homemade, and reasonable prices on everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. It was a real treat to find they were serving free homemade cookies and hot cocoa! I was able to make several purchases for family members from my Christmas list that I know they will love. My only regret is that I don't live any closer and can't come more often! I love this place and will make it our place to visit each time I return. Thank you all so much for a great experience!

Long story short, the arrangement was not like their product photo. I was very disappointed, emailed them and ended up receiving a call from the owner's daughter/manager. She explained to me some "behind the scenes" issues (supply chain, AI images due to their contracts with online teleflora businesses, etc.) and listened when I made some suggestions on how to avoid a similar situation in the future. Although it is disappointing that a delivery wasn't as expected, I learned the importance of calling in orders & speaking to the florist about the design, rather than going off a website (although convenient). Initially I was ready to leave a bad 1 star review, but after a rather long conversation with them, I'd be willing to order again (just not online).

Andy allowed me to peruse the styles, answered my questions and gave me brochures. I returned a few months later and gave Marina my drawings to get a baseline quote; I truly appreciated that she didn't feel that she had to question my choices because she was the "expert". I was happy with the estimate and, indeed, we came very close to that in the end. She did indeed use her expertise and relationships with the manufacturer in getting the precise cabinets and functional inserts that I wanted with regular meetings over several weeks . She kept me apprised of the production timing, arrival and delivery date. She also assisted in recommending contractors, cabinet hardware and stone & tile sources (they have nice starter selections at the shop but have access to many others). I am thrilled with my kitchen and when a flooding disaster destroyed many of the cabinets a year later she was able to pull up the past design and re-order the cabinets quickly (luckily insurance covered that cost!). I was equally impressed with all the other staff that helped with delivery and when Marina was not available. A class operation! PS. Stove wall still awaiting completion.
