I was quickly contacted by my Attorney Ian De Verna and he began working my claim. Ian was able to get a quick payout from the others drivers policy and the personal injury protection from my own. Ian, Destiny, and team assisted me along the way, while pursing the underinsured motorist policy from my insurance provided, and fought hard to get even more than the max payout, regardless of how much my own provider resisted. The tenacity of this team allowed this over coverage payout to happen, all while keeping me informed and encouraged. The whole team was personable and I always enjoyed our conversations. This accident caused a lot of hardships in my life but the outcome was better than I could have ever expected. Although I don't intend to get injured again, I would seek representation from Becker Franklin Rovang without questions if I did, specifically Ian, Destiny and team. Thanks you very much, Jeffery A.
