I think I've been in this restaurant at least 3 times in my life. Two of them were few years ago, I'm not even sure if they had a Michelin star by then, I was very impressed with their cooking and their presentation, we really had a great memory of those dinners, so after a few years I wanted to come back again. This last visit a few days ago was kind of different, the dishes taste were good and the presentation was still exceptional, but from my point of view there was too much focus
on the decoration around the dishes and less on the dish taste and elaboration by itself. They changed our main menu dish fish by another fish relatively cheaper, and they only let us know in the middle of our menu dinner, which was kind of disappointing and it should have been mentioned when we ordered that menu. The service treatment was somehow not really close, they forgot to explain us how to eat the dessert, and it felt they didn't look very interested in our table. I would love to come back to the old version of the restaurant, I don't think I will do to this new version. read more
