If you are renting, be sure to ask for more than one option for carpet cleaning in your rental contract.Your contract will state, "owner/manager choice".
All City Cleaning was recommended by Riley Jackson as the ONLY carpet cleaning option for moving out of a rental property. I scheduled them for the day of the move out inspection and they DID NOT show up. They DID NOT call or e-mail to say they were not going to be there.
Also, they only had excuses as to why there was no communication. They did not show up because filters were clogged,(what???). I find it hard to believe that there are no "back up" cleaning systems...especially when I am writing them a $560.00 check. Why wouldn't they call to let me know?
They came recommended by Anke Matthews at Riley Jackson Realty. She stated via e-mail, "I would like for you to use AllCityCleaning for the carpet cleaning. This company provides cleaning at reasonable prices with quality work.", "Autumn, only carpet cleaning as part of your lease agreement is chosen by the management company. Everything else is fully tenants choice."
I DO hope they do good work (I would not know, since they have not shown up to do the job) because their customer service is severely lacking and the prices...eh...I wish I had been given the option to shop around for a more budget friendly company.
I have never experienced such bad business practice. This is a cleaning company I would normally have fired since they did not show up for their appointment and did not communicate, but rental agreements are iron clad...right?
Beware of property manager and cleaning company relationships. I feel taken advantage of and without options for more reliable services! read more
