I went for more than 2 years of banging my head trying to get the other party to even talk at the table. After hiring Graham, we were at the negotiating table in less than 3 months. While I had hoped to never need these services, I would recommend Graham to anyone who may be in a similar dispute with an uncooperative, uncommunicative party. The proof is in the results. My claim is 100% settled and it wouldn't be without Graham's attention.

I hired David to draft a premarital agreement and found the experience deeply disappointing and…read moreshockingly unprofessional. From our first conversations, he approached me with a paternalistic, combative tone -- less interested in helping me meet my goals than in enforcing a rigid "process" on his terms. He repeatedly implied I didn't understand what I was asking for, openly criticized me for discussing the agreement with my fiancée, and claimed that no competent attorney would agree to our timeline. That turned out to be completely untrue. Both my fiancée's attorney and the attorney I ultimately hired were not only comfortable with the timeline, but also took a far more collaborative and respectful approach -- encouraging open dialogue about our shared goals. David ultimately quit -- but not before sending a series of passive-aggressive emails and repeatedly undermining my judgment. If you're looking for a lawyer who listens, collaborates, and treats you like an adult, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Then the second meeting completely forgot? that he suggested this and recommended we do the exact opposite. He seemed upset with me that I even suggested such a thing (that was his idea). We started working with the firm in October (8 months ago), and we only finally got booked for our financial mediation this week, after I asked multiple times about getting this scheduled. Not only was he not prepared for the meeting, he and his team had multiple missing numbers and incorrect data. He also kept making mistakes in the financial mediation that would have STRONGLY favored my husband, and if I didn't have my own legal counsel, I could have been absolutely screwed. When I emailed him yesterday saying we would be switching mediators, he wrote back saying he thought it was a bad fit from the start. "The start" was 8 months ago. So he thought it was a bad fit, but he wanted our money anyway and only told us this after we fired him? Please hire if you're looking for a greedy, mendacious, inept misogynist.

I had always paid my bills. I am a 76 year old widow living on a fixed income. I didn't plan on my retirement being in debt. Julie is a down to earth, no-nonsense person. She covered every detail and was well-prepared for the hearing. At the hearing I felt confident because Julie was beside me. Whatever your issues are whether its bankruptcy, divorce, family law be sure to contact Julie. You will be glad you did. I had forgotten what it was like to have peace of mind about money. The obvious respect Julie commanded in the courtroom was most likely due to the thorough, efficient work comprised by this intelligent duo. I'll risk and describe them also as streetwise, defined as having the shrewd awareness, experience, and resourcefulness needed for the job. During the main legal interactions with other legal personnel, I felt completely confident that Julie would have the answer to any question and the proof needed in her files, and it was obvious the trustees knew this also. Maybe this is an anomaly and happened only to me? I never knew them before I found them through a Google search for Boulder bankruptcy attorneys. I was throwing up some foxhole prayers, praying for an answer to my problem and a stress-free way to deal. If I believed in miracles... To me, it is even more important to tell you how genuine, honest and full of integrity both Julie and Krista are. By the end of this bare-your-soul process I trusted them completely. Julie and Krista worked with high standards without compromise, while maintaining compassion, understanding and unbiased support the entire time. When you work with this team, and I mean a complete team, nothing is missing, you never feel alone in the process; they are experiencing it with you. You never feel like one of many. You have their complete attention the whole time. This makes it easy. I put off writing this report because I did not want anyone to guess I had filed for bankruptcy, while at the same time I wanted to stand behind my comments here with my full name. As a comprise, I will use my initials and instruct them to give my number to anyone who contacts their office and wishes to talk to me about working with the Law Offices of Julie Kreutzer, LLC.
