Riks TV is a company that hardly ever answers the phone for customer service. We tried their phone number and waited first 45 minutes, then gave up and tried again later. After another 1 hour and 15 minutes on wait we gave up for that day.
On the 3rd try the next day we "only" waited 32 minutes before they bothered to answer the phone. The call center recording always tells you that "the are experiencing an unusual high call volume", regardless what day or time you call.
They obviously don't care about customers and instead want you to use the "chatbot" (the recording tells you that every minute you are on wait), but that chatbot is useless and cannot answer any customer or billing questions.
So if you can, try any other TV company such as Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and avoid this company. Frankly, we no longer believe that they "care", and when we finally got a hold of them, we cancelled all of our subscriptions, out of shear frustration. read more
