Never even been here but lemme tell you about my attempt to schedule an appointment. Called the number posted on Yelp and online. Assumed this was a landline in the shop or something. Mind you, this is on a Wednesday, around 10:15am. Called once, no answer. Tried back, straight to generic automated voicemail. Thinking the line was busy and wanting to be the next in line the speak to someone, I tried again, straight to voicemail. On the 4th try, a voice comes across the line and says "who's blowing up my phone?!" Excuse me? Bruh. A potential customer, that's who. Anyways, he proceeds to tell me he's on vacation and the shop is closed. Fantastic. Post some shit online explaining that. Every source I checked showed you guys were open. So, in turn, giving this place 1 star for customer service, I don't give a shit how good of a haircut they can give I'm not even gonna try it out now cause the dude who runs the place is entitled enough to treat potential customers like their an inconvenience and bothering him. This shop is closed. New to the area and tried calling and finding the shop, which maps and Yelp point you to two different locations. Eventually someone picked up and he said "I don't cut hair anymore"... cool, then update all your social media pages so strangers don't call your personal cell phone. read more

I was VERY pleased with the service and quality of grooming my son received. I made a last minute appointment last Saturday and thankfully the owner, Rico was able to get him in. We arrived right at our appointment time and were greeted by he and his wife. They were both kind and courteous. They offered us water and Rico quickly began asking what we were looking for in terms of the cut/style. He was attentive and took his time. He made small talk with my 8yr old son which was nice and the cost of the cut was $20 (I gave $5tip) i found the cost to be reasonable considering my son gets a long undercut thats faded and tapered. We will definitely be back. I even noticed the wife who is also a barber did a great job on the gentleman's hair she was cutting. This husband and wife team seem really great. Thank God this place lived up to the Yelp reviews. Sajoir hits a target market that simply doesn't get much attention here in San Antonio; namely, they create stylish looks for guys who are willing to spend more than 20 dollars on a haircut. I knew this place was legit when Rico started asking questions about what particular looks I could try in light of my job. The fact that he even had multiple ideas to start off with was refreshing, let alone the clear professionalism in knowing that the guy who walked into his shop decked out in Armani and Theory probably wasn't going to be able to do too much to his hair. We settled on a look and Rico went to work. The actual haircut takes awhile but is worth every minute. Rico executed a professional combover and a neck shave that literally got me compliments within one hour of leaving his shop. As someone who has notoriously difficult to manage hair and who likes to sport a professional yet modern look, I can't thank Rico enough for what he has brought to San Antonio. No one has even come close in this market. There is exactly zero question that I will be a repeat customer. I just moved here from AZ and I needed a cut so I used Yelp and found Sajoir's. Ricky cut my hair and it turned out great. I showed him a picture from my most recent cut and he glanced at it for a second and seemed to pick up everything he needed to know. He gave me a better cut than I expected. I was a little nervous because I had never been here before, but Ricky silenced that after he showed me the finished product. His attention to detail is what made the difference for this cut. He took the time to edge the corners and make sure that all stray hairs were taken care of. I am very pleased and will return here for all my cuts. I have moved from Stone oak area to alamo ranch. Since then I have been dreading the drive to my old place to get a cut. I don't go to quick places like Supercuts. I like having a barber that knows me and my hair. Well my first visit was on point. Rico's attention to detail is unwavering. He even asked what I wanted and told him what I did for a living. Had an awesome experience with Barber/Co-owner Lici , and had to say as much as she is friendly and laidback, her skill is right to the point what you wanted.
