Was told that was fine and to come in, just might not have time for a shampoo. I received a text at 10:49 confirming the 11:00 appointment and was reminded of a $25 'no show' penalty. I walked in at 11:14. Receptionist said 'the stylist says there is not enough time.' I asked why she hadn't called me. "Well, was just going to but you walked in." Oh well. an hour out of my day gone. I got the impression that they didn't care. If you waste their time you pay a fine. If they waste your time, you get a shrug.

We spoke about what I liked and didn't like about my current haircut. He vocalized a plan to address my dislikes, which I appreciated. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment and he sat me immediately. I was in the chair for about 25 minutes and he continuously checked in with me on the length and shape. This is my 2nd time there and it feels like I am going there for years. He knows what we talked about the last time and he is very friendly and takes his time with everyone. This of course means if you need fast hair cut you might want to go somewhere else. The people there are also very friendly and you can start a conversation with everyone, or when I was there one of the guys showed others an awesome picture he just saw in one of the magazines you can read. The library is just next door, maybe he gets them from there. As a new service he know has someone that will color your hair, so there were two women that got that done. I will go back when I can as this is just better than the other stuff I had done before.

He works from an upscale shopping center near I-10 and 1604. Although it's on the second level, there's an elevator. My husband is pretty fussy about his hair and look.
