HORRIBLE SERVICE! Septic pumping, don't use these people are and much friendlier people who will "do a complete job" 2 weeks after having them pump our tank filled back up. The driver saw a blockage coming from the house into the septic but didn't remove it! When we did (I have photos) 100's of gallons poured in the septic. We asked them to come back a empty it again, after talking to 1 really nasty woman and one big jerk they told us that wouldn't even give us a discount!!! We have been using their services to make sure we have facilities onsite for our Riverside Cars and Coffee meets and they are always on time, clean and make us look professional! I have utilized Rightway for many years. I had a question in regards to pricing (as the driver was at my home) and they did not have a manager in the office to answer any questions as she was "out to lunch" and no one else could assist. Please be aware they charge $240.00 for the first 1,000 gallons and want to charge you double this rate after 1,000 gallons no matter what the additional gallons are. They claim it is an increase due to dump fees. I was not pleased with their customer service. read more

Terrible. Company full of bozos. Long story short. Had them pump the septic tank twice within one week. Tank was still overfilling after second one. Had them come back out where we opened up the tank together. It looked full of gunk to me and i asked the operator what that was. He stated that it was part of the filtration system and the reason my pump was spilling was because it moved and now had a incorrect slope. Guy told me he's been doing this for 25 years. Well the guys had been lying out of his ass for 25 years. They proposed a $4,000 dollar fix of reworking the pipes getting a new tank etc.... To cut the long story short. The technician only pumped the waste water out and pulled none of the solid material out. He lied about it being a filtration system within the tank and substance was actually waste. Another company came out and stated that the other company did not pull any thing out. We spent $1000 dollars on a worthless company and some bozos to solve absolutely zero problems and actually give us more problems. The other company just did their effing job. This company didnt do shit and just lied about it. Never hire them. I hope they go out of business. This is definitely my fault for being duped so easily but other side of the coin is that a local business is suppose to help not screw over their neighbors. read more

Terrible, truck driver who pumps toilet throws full rolls in the toilet after cleaning, they do not put enough liquid in the toilets after cleaning. Called to get things fixed tried to bill me $100 for their lazy drivers. Don't ever ask them to fix the problems their drivers cause they will charge you. read more

The Rightway dispatcher (Helen) was informative & entertaining on my first call. She provided some suggestions to save some money of which I took advantage. Adolf arrived promptly, provided an in-depth explanation and again provided some suggestions in saving money. In the short run, providing suggestions cost the company some immediate money, but now they have a long-term customer who will use them more frequently, and recommended them to others. read more

Excellent service, always same day even though it's not an emergency. I really appreciate Sam doing an excellent and quick job, clean and helpful. He asked me to flush my toilet before he closed the lid on my tank (to make sure lines were clear) which no one had ever done before. He also helped me finish digging the dirt off my lid at no charge. Cleaned up and wound up my hose and turned it off. I will always be a repeat customer and highly recommend them. read more

The customer service is terrible. First you never have the same driver and they drive all around the property looking for the toilet. Second we employ females and when they service the toilet they discard the toilet seat covers that are left. Initially they replaced them, now there customer service representative says we will have to upgrade our service so they won't throw our covers away. Says it with attitude and when told they were going to loose a customer she did not care. Rightway Plumbing did us right! We had a challenge with our septic tank at one of our properties. Other companies wanted to completely replace the tank which could have cost us $6-10,000. Certain circumstances at this property prohibited this cost. Rightway was able to provide a creative and affordable solution....savings us thousands of dollars. Sam/Bob, the owner actually came out to the job and did most of it himself. He didn't even get annoyed at the fact that I was watching part of the process (know nothing about septics, so I had to). I have dealt with quite a few septic services and I can tell you it's hard to find a good one! I'm here to say look no further because you found it! The customer service rep on the phone (Heather I think?) was amazing and very nice. She answered all my questions and even called my husband back to confirm. The gentleman who came out was also very nice and did a great job. They did everything right and were great to work with and apparently in this industry it doesn't after work out that way so please try them. I am somewhat bothered on their solution to my problem. They send 2 guys out to check out my septic tank location. Asked me some questions and probed around and said we would have to have manual labor come out and dig out the location to find the risers. I told them that I had already had 2 companies out before and after over $300 in charges basically told me it is here somewhere. So when they were talking of $1000s because they could not bring a tractor this far up to the yard I asked them where I should dig and they marked 2 spots at about 1 feet square both sites. I dig at least 4 feet down at both sites and no riser but did reach the septic tank. The risers were already there but at least a foot closer to the house. So I dug for nothing and they charged me $370 for nothing. They never even called me later to see what I had discovered. Were definitely not interested in earning my business since they already had my $370. read more

RIGHTWAY SEPTIC SERVICE: Please reconsider using this provider. We called on a Saturday with overflowing septic. They felt it was too late in the day to come out so let us know they would come on Sunday instead. They came on Sunday and within minutes identified the septic was not full but clogged. They cleared the clog in 15 minutes. For this they charged $135. We asked to pay on site. They told us to call the office on Monday. Assuming they would invoice us, and with busy lives we weren't hasty calling the office. By Thursday, the technician who had come out on Sunday had come to our home early in the morning as we were leaving to take kids to school and shouting at us (in front of our neighbors) to "pay our bill". He also called home and cellphones like a bill collector harassing us. This after 4 days after service when THEY would not accept onsite payment. We called the office and even the lovely lady (really) who answered the phone gave us the impression that she really couldn't say much and advised us to call the owner. (We now feel the entire staff is working under a 'fear based' environment.) Ultimately, we are looking to move soon and need future services which we had hoped to use Rightway for, but we certainly will not. After speaking to the owner, he was unapologetic for the behavior of his technician. They did invoice us. But the invoice was for $145 (as they THEN added a $10 Fuel Surcharge to our bill.) We paid the bill to be done with this company. There are PLENTY of other more reputable Septic Services in Temecula and the surrounding areas and we HIGHLY suggest your find them using Google as Rightway doesn't even show up as a top contender. This company cares ZERO about customer service. read more

I called this company out to pump our septic tank. The called and told me that there was a cement truck broken down and the could not make it to my home "all is good so far" then they told me the next available day would be Friday "ok". Then the told me the were going to charge me 85.00 for them not being able to get to my house. WHAT you want to charge me for not showing up. I told them to cancel all of my service I'll find someone else. I now have a bill from this s crazy company for 85.00. Called Rightway this morning after hearing "gurgling" in toilet the night before. I spoke with Amy who was polite and efficient. Within two hours, "Sam" was pumping out our tank. He was so polite, knew exactly what he was doing (our tank is old and the configuration is a little odd), very efficient and thanked us for our business more than once. I highly recommend using Rightway Portable Services for septic, and all other services. For it to be a portable bathroom they have the cleanest ones I've ever had to take a dump in. There delivery trucks are fast and very helpful. I'm a completely satisfied customer. For those that hate on Rightway get over it. Just because you had to pay a certain fee or a certain way shouldn't deserve a one star review.
