Just a young kid that stopped what he was doing to help me. I asked to see the film that would be applied, and he showed my a box of clear tint, but could not tell me anything about it. So we called Naus (sp), and I asked him about the authenticity of the XPEL film. He could not answer my questions either. When he showed up to the shop 25 minutes later, he had no idea how to show me he was putting on the film I asked for. Then, he goes on to tell me he doesn't carry the XPEL XR Plus 70 film, but he had "88." I was unhappy with being totally misled or scammed into coming there and wasting a lot of time. I have checked, and XPEL does not make a 88 film, so he lied to me. On XPEL's website when you search for an authorized installer, this company is not on that list. I strongly suggest consumer steer far away from this place.

Not only are his prices unbeatable, but he does not cut corners on service--if anything, he goes above and beyond. My car has not looked this clean since the day I bought it. And let me be clear: I did not hand him an easy job. I handed him a vehicle that has been repeatedly violated by my children, whose life mission seems to be never picking up after themselves. We're talking crumbs, spills, mystery smudges, and yes... glitter. So. Much. Glitter. When he opened the door and saw the chaos, he didn't flinch. He didn't hesitate. He got to work with absolute focus and tackled the disaster with impressive attention to detail and genuine pride in his craft. If you want a detailer who is responsive, affordable, and truly detail-oriented, do yourself a favor and call Chozen Mobile Detailing. You will not regret it.
