Of course that's my sign not to have anything to do with this establishment. Even if you are too busy to assist me, when did it become good business practice NOT to return calls?

The staff up front is always nice and one you get in to see the vet it's not bad. The problem is that they never get you into your appointment on time. I was here Friday the 24 Aug and again on the 27 Aug. Both days I was 20 plus minutes late getting seen. Other than not being seen on time I love this place. It's good to have a vet that understands both the animal and the owner. I won't take my dogs anywhere Update. I had to take my put in for a spay last week. It'll set you back about 500 dollars but they did a really good job with it. The pup is about nine months and she's already doing a lot better. I'd take another dog back here again.

I made the appointment for 9:00 Saturday I was at the office he went to my house. I waited he finally showed up at the office and was extremely upset evidently he tore the sleeve of his jacket on my rose bush. He came to my car window shouted who are you! I said I'm your 9:00 I stated my name. He yelled well the first thing an inspector is going to say is for you to cut back your rose bushes. I stated well that's crazy and then all hell broke loose. This man lost it it only got worse from there. He proceeded to tell me I don't take any s*** from anybody and for me to find another insurance broker. I backed the car out and left. I do not recommend this person as you can see by the photos there's one little Branch sticking out of my arbor. Nobody would put up with him and the way he treats potential clients.

It's also important to support local businesses and praise them whenever possible. My first experience with an agent in Bisbee was not a good one. I was determined to do my research and try my best to have a better interaction and to feel confident in the services provided. I had found out the hard way during an emergency, that it's not the best time to find out your insurance failed you. I felt a very warm and personal connection with everyone in the Everhart office and felt they were very experienced in suggesting the best options. Even a new employee Jessie, who was still learning, was able to take good care of me and had good training tips from the owner John. Even John's wife when arriving back in the office, made a point to check in with me to see if she could do anything. I not only found a good and affordable product thanks to all their assistance, and I made new friends in a town I'm still getting to know. As it turned out, I needed them sooner than expected on a couple of occasions and they were very generous with their time and efficient in helping me thru my emergency. I'm so grateful to all of them and feel really lucky to have found such great personalized service. Linda M.

Earlier this week I learned that one of my dogs has tapeworm. Lovely. So I drove down here for a single dosage of praziquantal. They had it available and the woman took me right to the aisle. I've come here before for the Saturday pet vaccine clinics, but the current dates are now Fridays and Dr Moffett retired three or four years ago and is back in Virginia. She was a great DVM with great people skills and downhome country style treatment. I've also bought vaccines for puppies at a price cheaper than what the big-box stores in town charge.
