He is an amazing artist and a great person. I have had tattoos done all around the world as an Army veteran. I would recommend this place to my best friend and grandma, if she would get tattooed lol this is a great friendly and artistic shop . If there were six stars then I would give them six.

I wish I could put zero stars. Here's the deal man... my son just turned 16 and he wanted to get a…read moretattoo memorializing his father who is a fallen soldier. So we decided to go to Clint at Testament Tattoo. We made the appointment for saturday February 27th 2021 at 3 p.m. He told us it will be a total of $300. We paid in full up front. He said to go get the form notarized and he'll be done drawing up my sons tattoo by the time we get back. (Shouldn't that already have been done beforehand?) Anyway, so I went and got the form notarized... I came back to the shop and waited 3 hours longer for him to finish drawing up the tattoo. Also, when I did get there Clint was stumbling and slurring his words... like he looked like he was drunk. I almost canceled based off that. So we scheduled his next tattoo appointment after he did a super crappy job on the outline. There were spots missing all around the outline. Well, we had to reschedule the week before the appointment because my son had gotten covid and we couldn't get it done because of that. I tried calling him several times over the next couple of months and I even went in person to the shop to reschedule the appointment. Finally I got a hold of him by telling the guy who answered the phone to tell Clint, "please take a smoke break so we can get this rescheduled. " Clint got on the phone and said "I've been trying to get tips kid rescheduled but it seems like he is afraid of me or something. " I said, "I don't know what you're talking about because I'm the one that had been trying to get ahold of you for months and my son has also tried calling AND texting you and you have never responded. I just need to get this tattoo scheduled. " so we scheduled it for June 8th at 11 a.m. We got there on time and waited again for another 45 minutes for Clint to get everything set up and ready. In that time, I got the form notarized and then Clint decided to take several smoke breaks while doing the tattoo which also wasted our time. So we had to schedule another session. We scheduled it for today at 11 a.m. We arrived at 1130 a.m. I walked to the back of the shop and outside where Clint was sitting. I asked him to give me the notary form unless he just didn't care and he could start without it. He stood up and said, "No, I care. I care that this fucking boy is wasting my time. He's 30 minutes late! I could have booked 3 $1,000 tattoos in the time that he has wasted. " I said, "wow, are you serious right now? He's a 16 year old kid who lost his father in the war in Iraq. He is not wasting your time. You took 3 hours of our time the first appointment to draw up the tattoo that should have already been drawn up. You wasted our time that day. The 2nd appointment that we had to reschedule was because my son got covid and I tried calling you multiple times and you never ever got back with me or my son. You don't have a grace period. I just need the notary form so he can get his tattoo started. " he gave me the notary form. I ran to the bank next door, paid $5.00 for the notary and ran back. My son and I walked to the back of the shop again where Clint was smoking out back. I handed him the notarized form and he said, "there's just no way that I can get the amount of work done in this amount of time." He crumpled up the notarized form that I just paid for and threw it away and said he needs to reschedule. Clint said, "that was supposed to be a $1,000 tattoo and I only charged $300 because it's a very special tattoo. " I said, "if it was supposed to be $1,000 than you should have charged that. Instead you told me it was $300 total and that's what we paid. And if it's so special to you than you should be able to work on since everytime we have come to the appointments you waste our time." Needless to say, we are not going back to him. When my son and I walked out of the shop, the tattoo artist next door offered to fix his tattoo. She was like an angel from Heaven. I'm sad and hurt that this was my sons first tattoo experience.

I was directed to the website where it was easy to arrange an appointment, and that appointment happened to be with the owner of the establishment. Once I got there for my appointment, I was in awe of the interior decor as well, which was really nicely decorated and had a very cool indoor plant garden, of sorts. I was greeted very professionally, and then was shown all the options available for my dermal piercing, which was fantastic! I didn't realize I would be given such a massive selection to choose from, which got me really giggity lol. It took me a few minutes, but I made my selection and then proceeded to wait in the lobby until I was called. It was there that I became more in awe- especially after seeing his pressed penny machine. I have literally never walked by a pressed penny machine without choosing to partake, so that was RAAAAD! Now, I don't want to think about my age hahaaa but it's been at least 20 years since my last piercing. Clay was VERY thorough in letting me know all the details about THIS type of piercing, which I didn't previously know. Apparently- dermals WILL eventually work their way out, which didn't make me change my mind- but can certainly sway others against it. He stressed that it was only a matter of time, but I am grateful for knowing this so I don't need to freak tf out when the time comes hahaaa. Aside from that- this dude had an amazing personality-very caring and communicated well all thru the process. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else for a piercing or body jewelry, as I am HOOKED!
