However, before I even got going my instructor BOB, perceived my apprehension and reassured me saying "You got this!" And if in being honest, if it hadn't been for BOB, I feel like I may have blown it! BOB was very cool and reassuring, but professional and all business at the same time. He called my nerves and instructed me through the exam by simply talking with me like I was a regular Joe instead of merely another guy trying to get his license. From the basic skills portion, through the street portion of the exam, BOB gave me clear directions and expectations while still engaging me in normal conversation, which in my opinion was extremely clever. Not only does it disarm the student, it also replicates the banter between friends during typical car ride, which makes driving all the more nuanced. I greatly appreciate Stroia, bc from my initial call down to the moment I passed the exam, every representative was polite, professional and very helpful. I would recommend STROIA to anyone looking for a road test or driver training. Especially BOB. In fact I think BOB deserves a raise God Bless!

She has no patience and arguably doesn't fulfill the role of a driver instructor nicely. Her method of instructing is COMPLETELY different than Rick. She is very cut and dry, no sympathy, and does not take kindly to nervous drivers. Rick however, informs the driver clearly and kindly on what they are expected to do and he even adds a nice little "You got this! It'll be okay!" type of touch. Maybe her passive aggressive way of instructing works with some drivers... Who knows! I just know that Rick is a great instructor and I would recommend him gladly to anyone who asked!
