This often sheds a dark light on an otherwise wonderful business and I am compelled to write. This is the case with Great Oaks! My sweet mama has called GO home for about a year and a half now and we have been so pleased with her care! She is treated like family! She is well cared for, has help with bathing if she needs it, has wonderful meals, has an array of games and activities to choose from daily, and even has her room cleaned and her clothes washed! The entire community, from nursing staff to housekeeping and dining room staff, knows her name, speaks to her lovingly, and always makes sure she is cared for! This facility is clean, well cared for, always smells nice, and everyone always seems so happy! I never worry about Mama because I know she is being taken care of by people who love her like she is their own! Notice in the pictures I've included how happy she looks! This was a day when my sweet mama was enjoying musical guests who had come to entertain the residents for Christmas! That smile lights up a room! Great Oaks is definitely a "place you'll love to call home!" I can't recommend it enough!

The abuse is happening to all residents, but especially residents that cannot talk. we have reported the abuse to HR which is Tiffany Ash and she is still allowing these people to be employed here, which is why I decided to stop returning to work. If you have a loved one with memory loss, or unable to speak that is in there care, I would remove them imediatly. Not only is the abuse real, but they have memorized the days and the times family members usually come in, and only THEN will they rush to change residents to make sure they appear to be taken care of, Third shift does not change through the night and allow the residents to sit in pee and poop all night long, which results in their bedding being wet UNTIL 7AM when first shift comes in. This post is the only way I can think of right now to inform anyone of what goes on here, I will also be posting to other platforms in hope that the residents family see this.

He takes the time to go over any issues you may have and welcomes a conversation about your care. You never feel that he is rushing to the next patient. He is the standard by which I judge every other physician.

My mother would call for help and no one would come. I hired a person to come sit with my mom and they found a way to kick her out of the building because she was bringing up issues of negligence to attention. I was traveling and a friend stopped by to see my mom. She called me hysterical because my mom was in her urine and feces . I have photos of this happening TWICE. But the worst part is my mother had been complaining of pain in her leg. I asked the staff to do an x-ray. They never did. After my friends call I took my mother out in 24 hours and put her in a 4 bedroom home. They proactively did the xrays and determined my mom fractured her hip. That is a death sentence. My mother told me she tried to get up to go to the bathroom after waiting forever, and she fell. She was #&#(#(@ BLIND!! How hard is it to help someone to the bathroom??? I guess to Tucker Wellness, it was worth letting her die. I had few options for my mother as she was on Medicaid. In hindsight I should have not gone back to work and just let everything go financially to keep my mother alive. It wasn't worth it. My mother died in pain. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO MOVE AROUND, TALK, SEE OR THINK FOR THEMSELVES.

We took a family member to this hospital for surgery. It is one of the finest hospitals we've ever…read moreseen. From the moment we arrived, things just worked. The parking was straightforward. Inside, the building actually makes sense--floors are organized by function, and we never got lost trying to figure out where we needed to be. After experiencing so many hospitals that feel like mazes from decades of renovations, this hospital is a remarkable example of great planning and efficient operation. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person--from the security guard who greeted us warmly at the entrance, to the receptionist who walked us to the right areas instead of just pointing, to the nurses who checked in with us while we waited while imparting genuine care for our relative, this place oozes of excellence. The surgeon took the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. If you're facing surgery at this facility, you can walk in with one less thing to worry about. Based on our experience, you'll be in excellent hands.

I have always been annoyed by the ridiculously long wait times for each appointment (30-45+ I'm the…read morewaiting room and 15-20 minutes in the exam room). However the only saving grace WAS Dr. Bigby. After today I'm moving practices because my appointment which was booked months ago was removed from the schedule without warning. My husband and I both took off from work to attend our appointment only to find that the office dropped us because they claim they couldn't confirm my appointment since my voicemail was not set up (new phone). However they made no attempt to contact my husband or call our home #. Instead of apologizing for their mistake the Office Manager lied and claimed it was an office policy I had signed. When I asked to see the written policy I was then told the population they serve does not show up so this is what they pivoted to. Still with no apology. Clearly this place is not a fit because my husband and I keep our appointments; I'm not sure what population the Office Manager was referring to. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their time and expects their doctor's office to act professionally.
