I was astonished that a place this big, and the ONLY place around where one can have a coffee or a meal offered only ONE bathroom for a multitude of people lined up for HOURS waiting. There were two bathrooms: one for women and one for men. The women's had 4 bathrooms and they were ALL inaccessible (non-flushing toilets, locked door, broken toilet), the other, the men's had three unavailable for the same reason, and only ONE to be used. I waited 45 minutes to use it and consumed at their cafè for breakfast and for lunch (no other choice). It is shameful and a disgrace that in Italy there are no standards for hygiene and for a ratio of patrons vs. facilities. read more
