Wouldn't have taken 12 min tops!! They'd done me before and knew this! I could not have been more disappointed, had a manager been there or corporate number been available, I'd have complained on sight and I don't usually ever complain! If 4 is closing 4 is when you stop taking customers! If I'd have taken a long time to cut I might understand a bit but this would have been very quick! Woulda been done easy! She just wanted to leave at or BEFORE 4! I'll give em another try they are usually great, but not with that one and if I see a manager I'll tell them, after driving all that way for nothing! I'd give less then 1 if that were possible! Normally such a good place I'm shocked this happened! You can't let good places start this mess or they aren't good any longer!!!!

The ladies know him and so they schedule him at a time when the shop is going to be calm and he can take his time getting in and getting in the chair with no one rushing him. They're so sweet to him. His hair looks great. And he enjoys visiting with them. Since I don't live in town and have to rely on his caretakers to bring him, I really Appreciate that I can trust the ladies who work here to take care of dad in my absence.

There is plenty of space and chairs for waiting, and a nice wooden porch that is covered with a swing for waiting outside as well. They are very quick, professional, and always great conversation to be had! We thoroughly enjoy visiting with these fellas while getting our ears lowered a bit. My son has autism, so he can get a bit demanding, or stressed easily sometimes, but they both are phenomenal with him, very patient and kind!
