Terral is funny, fun, passionate, compassionate, understanding, kind, and just amazing. I learned so much more in this CNA class than I ever thought I would. She doesn't just teach you the skills and the basics of working as a CNA. She articulates her knowledge and experience in a way that puts you right there in the moment. She tells stories about personal work experiences to help her students figure out how to assign an unmet need to a behavior. Students will learn that bad behavior is NOT meaningless; It is an unmet need and if you pay close attention to the clues, you will find the reason behind this "so called" bad behavior. She gave me a whole new outlook on memory care patients & how to care for them. Don't go anywhere else. Ridgeview is where you will learn how to become an amazing thoughtful compassionate CNA. Btw, her husband Chad is pretty cool too! These people are truly in this industry to make a difference and they absolutely are. Ridgeview Rocks!!
FYI, I took my state tests days after class ended & aced them both without studying read more
