My flight was so early that the driver had to be at my door at 4:00AM…read more He was promptly on time. The trip was relaxing because the drive was smooth and comfortable. We arrived in good time. On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Though it was almost rush hour, he still provided that comfortable, smooth and confident drive. I am not usually comfortable with other peoples driving. However, again I could sit back and know that I was in good hands. We will be leaving together again soon.

This went from a good experience to a poop show. The driver was 45 minutes late picking me up on…read morethe day I was leaving for my trip getting me to my destination over an hour and about a half late. There was traffic. Since he was so late he drove up the shoulder, down the middle of opposing lanes, the wrong way down one ways. It was horrible and very dangerous. I was still very late. I finally got out about 3 blocks from where I needed to be and walked dragging my huge suitcase and bags to departures. The return back to my home was almost as bad. There was traffic. Just as I said there would be a week earlier. I waited an hour and fourth minutes past our agreed upon meeting time before the driver finally called and told me to walk three blocks dragging my bags to a random parking lot where he was waiting. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.

We faced a tragic emergency that required flying a co-worker and close friend across the country…read more They had a severe neck injury and needed to be transported with the utmost expertise, care, and safety to avoid making an already bad situation far worse. Initially, I tried coordinating directly with both hospitals and, in two cases, with air ambulance organizations. None were able to provide all the nuanced details needed to schedule the flight or coordinate the safe, secure sharing of medical information. Then I found Air Charter Advisors. From the moment I spoke with Matt Weiler, he immediately explained how the flights are handled and took over coordinating all parties involved. The ACA team kept us informed at every step -- from scheduling to door-to-door delivery -- and ensured the entire process went exactly as described, without a single issue. Surprisingly, they were also less expensive than booking directly through the hospitals or flight companies -- a significant difference in cost. If you want to save money while receiving expert guidance and premium care, Air Charter Advisors is the right choice.

The flight attendant was also incredible, ensuring every passenger was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. We look forward to working with Air Charter Advisors again in the future.
