He said that he replaced a diamond in the ring also because he "didn't like one of the stones". He did not call to get authorization, because "he was too busy". He said he would keep the ring if we did not pay the additional fees. The added stone is sits crooked, it is not centered in the original ring, the gold used to solder the new girdle into the ring bleeds between the original diamonds and the underside of the girdle has not been cleaned up. They carry so many items for all sorts of outdoor activities -- clothing, hunting gear, backpacks, water bottles, hiking shoes, layers like jackets and leggings, and so much more. I was able to find everything we needed, which was a huge relief. I was also able to order a few additional things I'd forgotten online and pick them up in the store the next day! They send u the schedule and have never shown up on the dates they send. Every time they call to say it will be a different day. we schedule our days off to make sure we are home. Last time they said we weren't home and didn't answer the phone. No missed calls either!! So had to wait for next month's service. This month same story. I worked in yard all day and they tried to say they were there And I wasn't home!!? I did watch them drive by my house. Sent a guy by who wouldn't explain or speak to me. Only changed 1 of 4 filters. Asked about the others and he said they don't do those on regular routes. I would have to schedule that. I am on a schedule! They sent it to me!?? I'm done with them.

They're a new shop and building it out but I was able to find three albums that hold a special place in my heart. They have way more in the back but they're taking their time ensuring all used records are accurately databased in Discogs. The owners are wonderful people and their son has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You can tell they love music and care about collectors. Had to leave before I bought more. Can't wait to come back. Awful - make sure that if you order you call, follow up and then check - even have them send a photo before it is delivered.
