He's helped her tight neck and sprained ankles. I can always get in and out quickly and efficiently and often times am done before my appointment time if I arrive early. Upon first meeting him, he seemed hurried and abrupt, but don't let this put you off: after a couple visits it was obvious that it's not due to a lack of care for the customer, rather due to his desire for accuracy and efficiency - he has a very good sense of humor and will exchange jokes readily during appointments. He also is sensitive to the amount and type of adjustment each client should recieve, rather than a "one size fits all" approach. My body is extremely sensitive and he was able to accomodate my needs well. Similarly, he does a good job looking holistically at symptoms, even suggesting you see another provider for care in more specific areas to supplement your adjustments if necessary. I hear they have physical therapy in the office at all, and I have seen their very-nice and robust workout room, but did not use those services myself. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with him and his office (his receptionist is lovely). The only disappointment was their recent decision not to renew their contract with Cigna, so they are now out-of-network for me. It's the only reason I switched chiropractors!
