Pictures revealed cracks in the flue so I would not be able to use it. I decided to have Alan and Diane install a Bucks wood stove. They got it installed quickly. I had an issue with the surround and they replaced it. Every time I have needed a question answered or had any concern, Diane and Alan have taken care of it. I love the Buck stove, it didn't break my budget to get it and it has helped keep the heating bill to a reasonable amount. Diane and Alan are wonderful!! Thank you, you are A+!
