He promptly falls asleep when we get home and isn't so wound up and barking at the neighbors for the rest of the day! This reduces the stress levels for all of us. :0) This weekend, I had to go out of town for a work seminar and left all three dogs at CC for boarding. Just picked them up today, and all greeted me with happy faces and big smiles. They'd been playing and having fun and weren't sad, lonely or upset. We're home now and all three are sleeping contentedly while I unpack. We are super grateful for you guys - Thank you!

I used to get my freshwater fish from here but have had too many issues with several of the fish dying. Petco has yet to refund my money or replace the fish even a single time. I did some research and found out that their fish tanks are on a block system...if one fish is sick in one tank, it is carried over to all tanks due to water recirculating into all tanks. The store is usually very clean and have a good selection of food and supplies, but they are overpriced compared to deals I can get from various companies online. I dont recommend or not recommend this store...it is what it is.

We started working with Diane to help our 8 month-old Border Collie, Riley, with her intense…read morereaction to herd bikes and cars. After a few private sessions, Riley learned how to focus on us instead of the distraction. This was largely due to the puppy parents being trained! Diane worked with us on clear communication, consistent action and positive reinforcement to keep Riley in obedience. Riley responded very well to this method of training and in a short time advanced to Diane's Canine Good Citizen programs. In addition to the superb dog obedience training, we recently started dog agility training and look forward to continued learning and fun with the expertise of our favorite coach Diane!

I moved here in April and my dog got a small growth on her back. I brought her to another clinic…read moreand they removed a sample from the growth and said not to worry unless it got bigger. They tried to con me into paying for a second vet appointment and a second surgery because they didn't do it the first time ie a neck surgery and due claw removal simultaneously * that they assured me would be no problem and in fact easier on the dog..* then they tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault because I didn't read the paperwork after two vets and an owner had spoke to me I still had to clarify again at drop off for the second surgery what needed to be done for my pet because clearly nobody had communicated * The owner was the one who reassured me it would be taken care of properly and it was not taken care of properly in fact she forgot about it after our conversation and then went on vacation* even with her there it was a mess . it's bizarre to be treated like a problem when I was only seeking a resolution for what somebody else said they could do for me ..... The Dr, told us we needed to put our cat down because he had FIV (he was healthy and not sick otherwise), we sadly believed her and we sadly did euthanize him based on her advice that we should. Later we found it is not a condition that required euthanasia. We complained and were told that she would get better training?!?!?!?! What the hell??? I had someone else recently go there to her and she is treating their FIV cat and did not recommend euthanasia, so I guess our cat died so she could learn her job??? Anyway, so very hurt still as I miss that cat dearly and he did not need to die needlessly due to her ignorance. Additionally, the front staff is often unfriendly and uncaring. At all costs avoid going to this vet. They only care about money not your pet!! BTW, they are also very expensive.
