I needed someone to get a car that's been sitting for nearly 3 years to run, and preferably without having to tow it somewhere. I had a friend vouch for him that he was good people so I trusted him to come by my home while I was at work to take a look at the car. He identified multiple issues during his first visit. The entire process took about a week from start to finish due to some bad weather delays. When Eric needed to reschedule his communication was top notch, and he was extremely transparent and professional. I felt the price point for the repairs was also extremely fair. After he left all I needed was to buy a battery and we were able to take this car for a drive with no further issues. He fixed brake lines, replaced front brake pads and rotors, disabled a remote start system and refreshed the old fuel for new all in my yard in one day for $600. For the convenience of not having to do it myself and having it done right quickly, it was well worth it to me. I will be recommending him to my friends and family and using him in the future should I need to. Good dude!

Pull dent, bondo, paint, etc etc. It is a work truck and as I looked at it, I felt I would be happy to just have the crease pulled out. Then buff it the best I could considering there are other scratches on it. I looked online and found Meticulous. Met with Lester and described my expectations. I was VERY clear that I was not expecting miracles and perfection. Again, it's a work truck. He gave me an extremely fair price. I am absolutely ecstatic with the results. If you do not check with Lester first, you are doing yourself and your bank account a disservice. Just my opinion. I will absolutely recommend and use him again. Thanks again to Lester for exceeding my expectations and his professionalism / communication.

I was very apprehensive about leaving my vehicle with just any shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was dealing with professionals who genuinely care about their customers. The office was clean and welcoming, and everyone I met was professional, well-presented, and friendly. That means a lot to me. What stood out most was the calm, positive atmosphere. Everyone seemed happy and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. To me, that says a lot about a business and the people who work there. While reviewing my insurance coverage, we discovered that I didn't have rental car coverage. Stephen and the owner went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate, which relieved a lot of stress during an already difficult time. I'm anxiously awaiting the completion of my vehicle repairs, but based on the service I've received so far, I know it's going to look amazing.
