The agent entrusted the work to an underling who couldn't get the seller out. Update: I finally had to threaten to unwind the deal and put a time limit on the transfer. Raffi was nonexistent in this deal. Josh had an "I don't care" attitude until his paycheck was threatened. I got those keys pretty quick when I threatened to walk.
