Opposing counsel informed him from the start they wanted us gone. The close relationship he has with opposing counsel took priority over representing us. (he mentioned it many, many times) I was accused, by them of seeing injuries on my gdaughter and ignoring them. The fact of the matter is I was banned from seeing her because I had called the police to check on her. He did nothing to stop them from repeatedly making this false, slanderous lie. (numerous times to the judge ) They falsified reports which he easily could have disputed by simply requesting records but he refused to do so.
