When consulting with him, he point blank gave me everything I needed to understand all the events that were about to happen while also keeping me calm. He didn't BS his way through to get my hopes up. Although the process of everything was very long, he was able to make the processes feel much faster. He had all of the information needed and was able to get me in and out through every court date scheduled. I am truly grateful to have gotten to know Paul as well as have him represent me. There isn't any other attorney that could have done as great of a job nor anyone that would have gone above and beyond as Paul had done for me. I highly recommend his services to anyone struggling with legal issues. In addition to everything, Carolina was great at communicating with me and very kind. With her kindness and communication, she added to the ease I was feeling towards the entire process I was going through.

Personally, I don't think Kevin Feeney did anything but make excuses. At first I was excited…read morebecause he said he knew the judge and said if I hadn't gotten in trouble before, could prove that I was doing better (mental health wise), and could stay out of trouble then I should get ARD "no problem". Well after a year of continuances due to many reasons like him (Kevin Feeney) not finishing a letter of reconsideration that he had over a month to complete, or him stating that he's "waiting for the DA to get back to him" multiple times, etc. It never seems to be his fault for any delays. Oh and if you wanted any information on your case before the court date then you'll probably have to call and leave messages multiple times for him to contact you and if he does, he emails you. You basically have to be upset in order to get him on the phone. Not something you thought would happen with someone you're paying $3500 to. In the end, when he gave up because things didn't go the way he wanted, I was forced to plea to a charge that Mr. Feeney said "wasn't worth fighting". I was not only surprised with this info 5 minutes before being called up to the stand (the day of court with no heads up whatsoever), but isn't that what I'm paying you for, is to fight for me? Money definitely wasted.

I first connected with this office back in May requesting to work with Ms. Smith. I was directed to…read moreMatthew S. Kopecki. I had one long conversation where I ended up paying $1,700 to retain him. 2 months later I did not hear anything from him. This is all for a relocation custody battle I have been having with my sons father for for emotional, mental and physical abuse. I called the office everyday for a week leading to the day before I was scheduled to pick up my son. It wasn't until I refused to hang up the phone where I was able to speak with Matthew. And had to tell him I was not hanging up until he assisted me to pick up my son for July 1st because his father kept telling my son that he wasn't allowed to come with me. I was able to pick up my son after Herculean efforts that I told Matthew would be needed. I have not heard nor spoken to Matthew until today August 15th so you have an idea of the lack of professionalism and common curtesy Over 45 days later. I've sent his PA Tina several emails to which she only responded to one stating she hadn't heard anything from court yet. From August 10-14th I called his office every single day and left voicemails and was able to speak to the receptionist and his PA again Tina saying he was on a call so he couldn't respond. My son has been physically and emotionally abused which is why he no longer wanted to go be with his dad. This morning my sons father was threatening my son through text. Since he refuses to co-parent with me my son told him to call my attorney. He sent Matthew an email. Matthew called me about half an hour ago stating dad sent him an email. I reminded Matthew that I have been calling him all week because my son does not want to go back to PA. Matthew told me my son doesn't have the right to make that decision. I reminded him that I have been calling him and emailing Tina for weeks looking for his legal counsel because he is my lawyer.I expected a respectful response. Instead he started laughing at me and mimicking me for being emotional about my sons case. Saying " I'm trying to help you but you're not listening" as he laughed at me for being emotional. I then asked again I have been calling you expecting legal counsel and you have not responded. He said he never received the message. So not only is he negligent but now it's my problem that his staff is negligent. I am $2,000 in with this office and have received zero guidance and he could not care less about the well being of my son. It's disgraceful to even have this type of legal representation and it be allowed to continue. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Attached I have a screenshot of the email attempts showing no response as well. Thank you Matthew Kopecki for teaching people it's okay to pay you while you do not reciprocate respect for your clients! O

my experience with the banks law group left me feeling frustrated and used and worse off than when…read moreI even had to contact them in the first place. I was in 2026 for smoking a marijuana cigarette in an empty parking lot in a parked car and was charged with a DUI so I contacted the banks law group for assistance. I had to pay $520 for my preliminary hearing. I only spoke to an associate one time to tell them what happened to me then on the day of my hearing an older gentleman with gray hair, shouted out my name, called me over and told me to stand in the corner. He then walked into a room came back out, told me to just sign paperwork so I could apply for ARD. which I did and the attorney left never to be heard from again after my evaluation I called the banks law group to ask what the next step was and they told me I have to pay them more money because I'm not represented anymore so they charge me 500+ dollars for less than 11 minutes of for a part of the hearing that wasn't even necessary for them to show up to I understand a lot of money to most people but two people who don't have a lot of money. It's a huge amount and I got nothing at all in return except for attitude and snarky comments from some associate named Tim. I 100% never recommend this law group to anyone ever like I said unless you just want a small taste of what it feels like to be taken advantage of before your actual court case maybe to soften the blow or get you used to misery perhaps. This is only my one experience, but if it happens to me, it can certainly somebody else who needs them in a time of need and feels extremely letdown and unsatisfied
