It's not economical to do one item but makes sense if you can have a few items to do at a time. I've found Sprinklers Plus to be thorough, reliable and professional. They show up at the right time and do what you ask, but if they find something unplanned they may need to come back on another day. I believe the basic fee is $50 and then an hourly rate after that. I agree with the other recent review. You likely won't get a live person when you call, but need to leave a message. I've always had a return call the next day. I have not had to deal with any email messages. Sprinklers plus has been booked out a few weeks whenever I have called, so you'll need to get on their schedule.

They put in our system and they got paid for that and they'll come out and flush your system out in the fall and turn it on again in the spring but other than that, they are not helpful at all. If you have a problem, it's tough luck. I messaged them two times yesterday. No answer. And this wasn't the first time. They just don't reply. My husband called this morning and they told him they'd send him an email. Instead we got an email from Hydrawise (the company who made the controller) saying our controller was offline. NO KIDDING? We already knew that. I tried to call today 3 times and when I finally got a live person on the phone (because I didn't know my password) she actually hung up on me. Only after this did we get a password reset email from them. Hey Sprinklers Plus, YOU'RE FIRED!

I'm quite mystified by the utter lack of response out of these guys. Maybe they're just too big and busy to trifle with certain jobs, but it sure would be nice if they'd just let you know that upfront.
