The first impression is that they arrived half an hour late. When they did arrive they were unable…read moreto tell us the items they were making a bid on and merely remarked how they knew what they'd come for among the hundred odd items we had out. Upon realizing something had been left unmarked I made to move it only to be curtly told that I would not take anything of "his" until he was finished. When last I checked, I was the owner of what was in my house and he had been unable to establish what he was bidding on. He was aggressive and although he apologized he did not apologize for his lack of professionalism but that I had taken it that way. He then proceeded to help himself to my moving boxes because they were unmarked and had been set aside. My glassware kit had been sealed before then but now sits loose on my dining room floor after I had to reclaim it. The last straw was in that, after asking kitchen goods we use not be included he was aggrieved to find I was unwilling to give up my knife set. When remarking only the items on the counter that were very obviously set aside for him were being sold he quipped back how the knives *were* on the counter. Just, the complete lack of any professionalism and courtesy, coupled with the lack of common sense is phenomenal. I would never recommend these people.

My first time visiting this auction house and it was awful. The auctioneer told the crowd, "ya'll…read moreare being too cheap tonight" and pulled items from being sold. Some items were advertised online as being auctioned however the auctioneer asked how many people were planning to bid and when not enough people raised their hand, said he wasn't auctioning it off. He auction even asked the people who stated they were bidding if they were together as if they were going to collude. One woman in the crowd told him he advertised certain items and his response to her was "Soooo, that doesn't mean anything". It was so rude and so disrespectful not only speaking to a customer like this but as a person in general. I will not be coming back. Some customers even gave their items back and left.

I bid and won a purse for $32.50. The title was, "Marked Couch Purse". They posted one picture of…read morethe outside of the purse. Since it said "Marked", I trusted it had the marking label on the inside, as all authentic Coach purses do. When it arrived, the purse was CLEARLY a fake. No marking and a PU, not leather, strap. I had purchased an authentic designer purse from them last month, so I felt it was just a mistake...maybe a new employee assessing the merchandise and creating the listing. Not the case. I was offered as a one time courtesy to send the valueless purse back for a refund, but would not be refunded buyers cost or shipping to me. Basically, I would be re-couping 12 bucks (shipping back to them would be at least $20) and they have the purse to list again to fool someone else. It was not marked. They flat out lied. Dude went on and on how they use the word "marked" to mean something different then everyone else in the estate/auction business. And on and on about how I should have called them with questions. What? Was I to call them, an auction house, and ask what their definition of "marked" is? After I wouldn't accept his BS, he offered a partial refund without me having to send the trash bag back. I told him to keep his little money; my pride is not for sale. What is wrong with people?

Armory Auction House - The designer mark is a leather label that should be below the zipper, on the inside pocket.
