I quit this place with no back up in 3 days of working there it was so horrible. Don't ever have an off day at work here and ask for help your 1st day working by yourself because they'll either try to fire you or have you come in in a snowstorm to train you again but without pay. Don't work here. Ever. Big mistake.

Ann had been under Hospice Care since April of this year. I got to spend 3 days with Ann, and I got to see first hand what wonderful care Ann was receiving. Yuli and her aide, Michelle were both instrumental in helping Ann on her journey home. Eternal Life is immaculately clean and you would never know it was a nursing home facility. Yuli is the terrific young lady that owns and runs Eternal Life and I can't praise and thank her enough for all she did for Ann! The several times I have visited with my friend to visit her mom the faculty stinks so bad, im…read moreaware some odor to be normal but I have visited many nursing facilities and non of them have smelt this bad. They are at least an hour or more getting her pain medicine when she ask which is unbelievable that they would leave someone in pain after a major surgery for so long. The staff that came in to help her with ambulation was not prepared with the appropriate equipemnt I.E. gatebelt. There are other things but for her privacy I wont post that here.

Sent to a "skilled nursing facility" from hospital for congestive heart failure, they're to restrict water intake to 1500 ml's/day. Found out they never charted fluids to keep at or under that amount. Room was absolutely filthy (there are even ants on the sticky floor).

Had knee surgery, and some other health issues that has kept him from walking, and living on his own. The care that he receives has been outstanding! I wish I could name everyone that works there, because they truly love and care deeply for all of their patients, especially my granddad! From the nurses, to the physical therapist, and the management staff, my granddad has received great care. If you have a loved one that needs special care, this place can and will do a great job. One thing to remember, always visit. Even though they have great care, it will still bring tears of joy to your loved one every time you stop in. Even for a quick 15 minutes.

The admitting nurse and social worker came out and assessed my father and his needs, oxygen and a hospital bed was delivered that day. They were wonderful to work with and not only caring but great sense of humor as well. Very attentive to not only my father needs but to the family as well. The case manager and Chaplin also came out were awesome. My father became increasingly worse in health and I had to call the on call nurses. They also were very great and helped us. My father did pass peacefully and thanks to the care and advice given by the staff. I am a nurse as well and highly recommend this company and their staff. We arrived ahead of schedule, as we always do, and they were able to take my husband in right away. When he came out of his appointment, he was genuinely happy and relieved. He told me, "The representative from the pacemaker company was so friendly and personable and immediately put me at ease. The MRI technician was very kind and even asked if I would like to listen to music during the MRI. The gentleman who escorted me to the imaging department could tell I was nervous and did everything he could to reassure me. Three wonderful men treated me like I truly mattered." We desperately needed a positive experience with a local hospital, and Kadlec provided exactly that. Compassionate care makes such a difference--especially when a patient is already anxious--and this team went above and beyond. We highly recommend Kadlec Medical Center. I called Kadlec to see if they could possibly provide me with a can of pregestimil do to my…read moredaughter having severe fat malabsorption. They told me they couldn't just "give them away" after I proceeded to tell them it was an emergency as she is only 5months old, I even asked for any alternatives, as my daughter had not ate all day as I am waiting to get them mailed from Seattle Children's, and can not find them anywhere locally to even purchase myself. They provided with resources, I tried them all no one had it not even her pcp. I then called Kadlec back and after several minutes of being on hold they told me they had a can of formula I could have for my daughter and it would be down in the front, until I got mine in a few days, I get to Kadlec it wasn't there. I called pediatric again and they told me they "needed to ask a few questions" then again, put me on hold and hung up on me, I again went in both er, and main entrance and said they didnt receive one yet. I asked if they could give pediatric a call, they called and proceeded to say they didnt have one they could provide me with but they'll look for a local resource. They provided me with community health's number on a sticky note and said they "called them beforehand" and they have a can waiting for me. I called the number, got placed on a brief hold and told me Kadlec never reached out to them. The kadlec staff were rude, lied multiple times, and after several hours had to go home without food for my 5 month old daughter and had to give her a formula that could possibly make her really sick.
