Found the paperwork for the pool and contacted Mr. Pool. Their service tech was able to fit the repair in during his busy schedule and came and replaced the pump for me. I appreciated the quick service and explanations I received about the pool I inherited. At least I now know that if any other issues arise, I can contact them. Thank you! Eddie is a great talker and tells you he can do everything and really lets you believe he can be trusted. I had a full rehab for my house including painting, new flooring, new vanities, all new light fixtures, basically total overhaul. The original bid was $23,900. I have pets so I specifically told Eddie I would be moving into an Airbnb so he could get the house done without having to work around me and I did not want my pets stressed by all the noise and activity. He agreed that the job would be done in 4 weeks. During this time, he decided to accept a bathroom remodel in my neighbors house at the same time. He only works from about 9am to 4pm with a lunch break. He was 2 weeks past the deadline and still was not finished!! He submitted receipts from the hardware store for me to pay that were parts he bought for my neighbors job! He has now charged me over $34,000 for my job that was supposed to cost $24,944. That is a 30% mark up!! The work site was an absolute disaster, they left my house in terrible shape. They sprayed my floors with glue remover and did not protect my furniture (he promised all furniture would be protected and covered) which has now eaten the stain off several pieces of my antique furniture. He took all my books and piled them on my mattress and did not cover my mattress so not only was it exposed to toxic chemicals from the glue remover he used, the mattress was filthy because he never covered it even though he promised he would. He did not wire my ceiling fans correctly so I had to pay an electrician to come and re-wire them. Ge burnt out 1 ceiling fan with his bad wiring and the electrician said it needs to be replaced. He also left screws loose on the bedroom fans so they would eventually fall from the ceiling. He stored all his tools in my garage and left such a mess, I tripped over his cords and hurt myself pretty badly. Even once I moved back in, everyday they would throw trash on the floors inside the house and then leave. Every night I would have to go around cleaning up all their trash. He bills you for items that are not complete and then expects payment even though items are not completed. I bought all the materials and because he was so disorganized, he lost several parts that I had to re- purchase. I have never seen such a messy, disorganized job site in my 30 years of property management where I worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. I could keep going, but I am sure you get the point t. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, WORST DECISION EVER! Total incompetent and can't complete job on time because they only work about 5 to 6 hours a day.

I called over a month ago,…read moreexplained my situation, and was told no problem -- booked an appointment for a Tuesday between 2-4pm. At 3:30 no one had shown up and no one called. When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.

No yelling, no cursing, just them doing their jobs and cleanup was done each and every night. From Chris and Jackie who did the grading, to Steve and Jim the screen enclosure, to Mark the electrician, to Thomas who poured the deck and rough plumbing, to Jason who did the dig and the finish plumbing to Mark the electrician to Manatee who did the plaster work and Scott who did the Acrylic finish on the deck. I had talked with Ed over a year ago when first researching installing a heater, he was very helpful and took the time to talk with me even though we weren't ready to install at that time. Says a lot when someone does that. The equipment we decided on is a leader in the industry, Pools by Warren does not deal in substandard equipment, or equipment that is just OK, you get what you pay for and of course a company's reputation rests on what they install as well. The installation process was smooth enough, the plumber/installed by Jason who is just a great guy, full of knowledge didn't mind explaining everything about the unit, the process etc. Jason even helped with a new chlorinator cell. Then Jim came out and hooked up the electric, another nice guy appreciated all he did. Then Ed came out and made sure everything was completed to his expectations before giving me a tutorial on everything. He took the time to discuss the equipment and then even helped with the pool system itself. Explained all the valves, the adjustments, etc. I know more about my pool than ever, Ed and Jason are way better than Youtube thats for sure! If you need any type of pool work I strongly encourage you to give Pools By Warren an opportunity to provide an estimate you won't be disappointed.
