Wanted to buy a new midi keyboard, had an issue with a finance payment that notified me it didn't…read morego through, so I purchased it from somewhere else, I never received any confirmation email that it had gone through from the DJShop, the parcel was left with a small shop next door to me who usually wait for me to pick up my parcels so it was left in there for a couple of weeks, I then was told by the finance company to make a payment at which point I was confused, so I called the DJShop and explained the situation, they told me to send it back and they would issue a refund, once I sent it back I got a phone call from a really rude member of staff shouting down the phone telling me it was outside of the two week return window even though I explained what had happened, he said there was nothing he could do, overall just a complete shambles. Wouldn't recommend them, go and buy the equipment from somewhere better and more deserving.

It can be a little expensive at times for the littliest attachments, but for those things you can't find anywhere other the on the internet its very convienient. Staff are usually pretty helpful when you're looking for items. They also stock lots of seasonal items and more gadgets these days, as well as more computer equipment.
