After several attempts, they FINALLY got it to work - after many failed attempts to get it working. They finally got it to work and my girlfriend purchased it. LATER, she changed her mind and decicded that she no longer wanted it and took it back to get a refund - UNFORTUNATELY - the only response she got was "we can only refund to credit if it's working", despite saying earlier in the day that returning it would be OK; and that if it isn't working there would be no refund at all. If selling hardware or consoles you have to leave your goods with them for about 2 hours for testing . You'll have to wait in line for up to 45 minutes at busy times just to buy something - fast service is not their strong point unfortunately !
