You never know what you are getting charged even after she provides a quote. There have been many times that policies will randomly pop up during an appointment that haven't been in place before. Everything is inconsistent and you never know if you'll be charged more than your quoted price or not. If there are up charges, a call communicating that prior to starting services would be nice so I can make an informed decision. I also haven't seen any insurance coverage for this business even after requesting. I have recommended multiple people to this business and each one has complained regarding pricing and being met with an attitude.

She took the time to do a pre play date, again, to get to know our puppy. While we were gone we got many photos and videos of our puppy playing, sleeping and training techniques. We were afraid that after spending time with Savannah and other dog friends our puppy wouldn't want to come home to our boring house. When we picked her up, we could tell that she had plenty of attention and love. I would highly recommend Zoey and Friends (Savannah) to care for your dog. She was amazing and we truly appreciate all her hard work and dedication to her job!
