A total waste of time…read more.. I dropped my tax paperwork off at this establishment on March 1, 2022. By this writing on April 5 they have yet to return any of the three phone messages that I left with the receptionist or the two voicemails. I gave them one more try to call me back by the end of the day or I would be taking my business elsewhere.... and still no response. I made sure that they had my contact information correct as well. The poor receptionist seems to be stuck in the middle. Suddenly when I went to retrieve my paperwork to start searching for a new tax accountant, they indicated they had questions and needed more information. Too little too late Lindley Pettigrew and Company! I strongly suggest finding a different place to get your taxes done.
