They realized we were a family stuck on the road. They had us bring in the trailer even though their service dept. was booked up for almost two weeks. They replaced the broken leaf springs and another one which was going to break soon. They replaced a tire that was worn from the broken leaf springs and hardware along with it. They even identified the lug nuts on the wheels were going bad. They replaced everything and had us back on the road in about three hours. They went out of their way for us.
