His exact words: your son may or may not have a fracture follow up in 2 weeks and he just walked away. His stuff rude and nasty just like him. When I asked to talk to him again they laughed and mumbled among themselves. How disgusting and disturbing in a place where you seek medical help being treated like this! He quickly and accurately diagnose my condition (torn rotator cuff) and was able to explain it to me in a way that I could fully understand the damage done and the work I needed to do to rehabilitate it. He is always accessible and is just a fine Dr. who really cares. He spent as much time with me as needed and I didn't feel any rush as I have with other specialists.

Voicemail tells you to leave a message - silly me, I did just that - thinking someone would get back to me....This last time I needed to make an appointment I called, it went straight to voicemail and so I got in my car instead and drove there to make the appointment. Appointment was made for the next day. I got there about 10 minutes early and was shocked when I opened the door. Place was jam packed with people who were also waiting for an appointment. In the past, there would be just a small handful in the waiting room. It took an hour for me to be called in. Another 20 for someone to come in. That person (not the dr) told me someone would be right in to take me for X-rays..... In the past, they always came right away .. this time, after waiting 20 minutes more, I just walked out without seeing anyone. The dr did call me to sort of apologize for the wait and tell me about his new phone system. While I do appreciate the call, I will not be going back.
