Don't hire this incompetent sleazeball. He talks a good game and then proceeds to do absolutely nothing! I paid this guy in advance and on my court date... he didn't show up! Instead, he sends some flunky that told me "agree to whatever they say and we'll fix it later". When Richard Merola decided to come to a future hearing, he got schooled by a real attorney, quit the case and then sent me a bill begging me for more money. He later sent me a letter stating that he no longer wants to steal more money from me because he already screwed my life up enough due to his incompetence. The secretaries (who were not hired for their mental attributes) at the time were more concerned with gossiping (and lord knows what else) than being professional and overall, the whole practice was shady and that's saying a lot for lawyers. I learned a valuable life lesson from dealing with this scum of the earth, never trust an attorney if his wife has to recommend him. read more
