He answered text messages and phone calls when he was to receive the funds. (Have receipts of the text messsges) he was suppose to complete our extended taxes for 2023 amongst other things. Had to text and call numerous times to see if it was being done. I had just gotten out of the hospital (heart issues) and had to be stressed about it. I didn't have the originals to go elsewhere. Later in the afternoon said it would be under the Mat if no one is in the office. No one ever is. We had to run pick it up so we can mail it. He does not transmit ( never heard of that). Another red flag. This is our life we are not rich. My really good accountant in Florida charges me 375.00 still steep but reasonable, I can't trust him to do anything. He just gets your money and hides. I'm now trying to get a refund of the remainder. He doesn't answer calls or messages. I can't breathe. I'm so stressed. Going to The FTC, if I have to I will go to the news help line. I need the remainder to get the services we need, deserve and pay for. I'm looking for others who have gone thru this with him. I showed up for my appointment, and no one was there. I called the business number on the door, and the apparent owner answered. When I told him I was at his office for our scheduled appointment, he started telling me of all the issues as to why he wasn't there. I asked "if you were having all these problems didn't it occur to you to contact your appointment (me) and alert to the issues?" His response was "....uhh.....oh, I'm sorry about that....".
