My grandmother has difficulty walking; but as soon as they saw us coming up they opened the door for her. She sat down in the lobby area and Yogita helped her. Yogita was very considerate of my grandmother's difficulty walking, and would come to her in the lobby area, then return to her seat behind the counter. She also helped explain why her account was locked (she was flagged as an elderly person when using Zelle and making online payments.) Unfortunately they were unable to unlock her debit card, so they issued her a new one.
