Right away, we were pleased that the office staff is really amazing. They are so easy to talk with, and for people who don't like going to the dentist, that is usually the first hurdle to overcome. The hygienists are also wonderful. They are friendly and do a great job. Dr. Kook is absolutely fantastic. Not only is he personable, but it is clear that he keeps up with the latest developments and he just knows what he's doing. Since I have the experience of several different doctors, it's easy to compare. Dr. Kook definitely knows what he's doing and he is good at it. It makes procedures go more quickly with the least amount of discomfort.

They said since I needed a deep cleaning they wouldn't even do a standard cleaning unless I opted for the deep cleaning which they said would have been an extra $800!! So I wasted my time to go here but wait, it gets better! They then sent me a $400 bill for the X-rays they told me were covered!! Are you kidding me?? I saw him and his assistant Amber who did some dental work for me and they were both wonderful. They are both friendly, sweet and had me in and out of the office quickly so I could get back to work.
