We were never informed how long the wait would be. I anticipated one because "tis the season". Our wait time initially was about an hour. Okay, again I anticipated some kind of wait. We hit the hour, got another text saying it was gonna be another 20 minutes. Mind you my son is wheezing. It's pushing it, but fine we will wait. It's 9:35 and the kid that came in after us got called back, mind you they close at 10. I put my son in his seat and we left and went elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the care we received, or lack thereof. Definitely made me feel as though my son wasn't important. I get it's busy but my wheezing 10 month old with RSV should come before a 16 year old with an ear infection.

They make a point of remembering your name when you come in. Since I have a slight scoliosis and I am active physically, I need to get adjusted every so often, but they definitely don't try to get you on a regimented schedule. Unlike some chiropractic practices, Traub Chiropractic makes a point of trying to get you better so that you don't NEED to come visit them all of the time. I love that they also have onsite massage available, as well. I have recommended Traub Chiropractic to friends already and would recommend them again.
