Upon entry, I was greeted by a really nice lady who was able to answer any questions that I had about the holistic medicine practices here. She gave me a pamphlet about how they do very natural and very safe infusions to help support immune systems in also overall very good health practices. I asked a lot of questions maybe about three or four and she made me feel very comfortable about some of the things that they administer to patient. I also thought it was great that she was patient with me and asked me how I heard about the place, I let her know that I had heard about it with Yelp. I do plan to try it after I check with my physician because I have so many allergies. But the lady did reassure me that they take all of those things into consideration before they treat people. They also have a lot of testimonials on Yelp about their reliability and great results for their patient. Everything is professionally done and they seem to do very well with customer service and care. I highly recommend people coming to ask the questions and to get the information that you need from them because they are open to discussing your health, their approaches, and the therapies that they practice. Overall, this was a great visit and I'm glad that I stopped by.

And the Very FIRST Thing he told me. As I walk in. Was "Do have the rest of the money"! I was surprise! A doctor normally says Hi and how you doing. Not straight about the money! I had been a Client of Mr. Alex Strande many years ago. He helped at the beginning of my illness to…read moredig me out of a health crisis which I was grateful at the front end. But is was not just him it was also me that helped myself to improve so he gets little credit and I will take the larger portion given all of my own hard work. He has moved from the East Coast, Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County and onward to Texas and back again to California over about a 10 to 15 year period. Clients need to ask why he has moved so frequently, as a stable business doesn't do that and one that runs based on a set of ethical standards and principles. He has changed the name of his business over the last couple of years where it was called Simple Healing and now refers to himself as Dr. Ask and the name Fast Healing. I don't want to discredit this man as a person but I also don't want him to continue to prey on many of his clients by pressing them for money and having them take large doses of herbs when they are not well and are uncertain what direction to take. He can be rude, he can be very insensitive, he can be many things that are not part of what America Stands for. It was not until I had a professional known throughout the world palpate my Lymphatic and Visceral Systems and asked my spouse point blank, "Does your Husband Drink Alcohol?" The answer was No, but he does take a lot of liquid herbs from a Alex Strande at Simple Healing. Long story short, the liquid herbs were 80 Proof Alcohol. The Alcohol is a wonderful carrier for the herbs but at what cost to a person's body if it is a long-term health crisis. I'm just fortunate I didn't develop an alcohol dependence issue and damaged my liver. Needless to stay, I gathered enough courage to pull myself away from this man's grip of money focused hope, gathered all the herbs that I had been taking including liquids, capsules and powders, placed them in a large stainless steel bowl and burned the entire liquid mess on my large property. It literally burned for hours because of the high alcohol content of the liquid herbs and in my heart and mind said good bye to all this crap along with the man that gave it all to me. He does criticize the medical community which is filled with many problems I agree, but honestly he holds even less credibility then they do because of his behavior and underlying selfish motives. Anyway, I moved forward from this man's grip on my life and found others that would help me with professionalism, integrity, genuine consistent caring and a love of what they do to help me get well. I have often wondered where he was located and did some research to find that he has the same reputation of negative behavior that eventually catches up with him along his journey. That is why he moves so often, so that he can make as much money as he can before there is enough negative that overwhelms his business that he moves again and restarts in another location. I will give him credit for being a very driven man, but just maybe, he will take some dedicated time to get help for himself, so that he is living his life with honesty and integrity as he helps others in need of health related services, instead of with the underlying scram-like, money focused approach that he uses with fragile people. He gets 1 star because he is not operating his business with the heart of a healer with integrity and honesty. The client should always be first, and if you do awesome work the money will naturally follow. It is wrong to force things upon others to fill your pockets full of money and it is even that much worse when done in a health oriented business where people are looking for hope and are fragile.

I used to come here pre pandemic and even bought a $380 package for what I remember was for three…read moreor four IV sessions. Then, the pandemic hit, life happened, and I moved. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
