My mom was having extensive itching with a persistent rash that was making her life miserable. Dr. Macuzak properly diagnosed her and her rash is now completely gone. My dad had open heart surgery in February 2022, and developed painful keloids on his surgical scar. Dr. Macuzak been diligently working on a comprehensive treatment for him as well and he is feeling much better. What really impresses me about Dr. Macuzak is his compassion and diligence in diagnosing my parents. He took his time and answered all of their questions and concerns, never making them feel rushed. Unfortunately this is not very common anymore as many physicians just rush in and rush out without really taking the time to listen to patients. He has even been working to become a provider for their insurance plan in order to continue to be able to treat them. Don't hesitate to call him for any dermatology needs. You will not be sorry!

She didn't request information about my former dermatologist or their diagnosis. She didn't do any analysis herself other than a visual exam before shooting from the hip and prescribing. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up her prescription at the drugstore, the cost of her 'solution' cost was $6,000. That's not a misprint. When I called her office, her office manager unapologetically told me that helping patients to manage their costs wasn't their job. As a result, I fired Dr Paley today. I'm sure she has a strength but It is definitely not her office staff, listening to her patients or understanding skin disease.

I met with many doctors for a consultation but Dr. Fetter and his staff really made me feel comfortable so I decided to go with him. Best decision!! No surgery is risk free of complications and I know that. I did have some but it was at no fault of Fetter. Him and his staff were quick to answer all my questions and concerns. They made time for me to come in and get my concerns checked and were quick to put a plan in place to resolve any complication/concern. Fetter has always made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I will definitely continue to use him, refer people to him and praise his work. If you are looking into any plastic surgery procedures I highly recommend Dr. Fetter and his amazing staff. Schedule a consultation. You won't be disappointed!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Fetter's for about 7-years now and just realized I hadn't left a review!…read moreAbsolutely every single experience at this office has been outstanding. From injections, to laser, to cosmetic surgery, Dr. Fetter has an incredible aesthetic eye and is remarkably gifted in enhancing beauty. In addition to being artfully skilled in cosmetics, he performs other complicated procedures with just as much skill and ease. My husband had basal cell carcinoma, which required a MOHS procedure, grafting skin from his forehead to his nose. Considering how unpleasant that operation is, Dr. Fetter made it a remarkably smooth experience and we can hardly see any trace of the procedure on my husband's face. On top of his talents, Dr. Fetter has a wonderful bedside manner. He is compassionate, kind, and incredibly charming. Krissi is an absolute doll and always has a genuine and welcoming smile on her face, it's a pleasure to see her! He and every single one of his staff members have always treated us with incredible warmth and genuine care.

I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Schwaiger at Partners in Health Care Naturally as a…read moreheads-up to anyone considering seeing him. I went in for an initial consultation that cost $450. We scheduled baseline testing and blood work, along with a follow-up appointment after he was supposed to speak with my other doctors. He never spoke with them, and the follow-up appointment was not canceled. I was still charged $150 for the second visit, despite being told, "I don't really have anything for you today." I also tried reaching out afterward to discuss the lack of results or any clear plan moving forward. Communication was very slow, and I came away feeling that there was little interest in continuing to work with me. While he may have some interesting ideas, my experience was that there were no meaningful solutions or actionable plan provided. Given the cost and my experience with the follow-up care, I would personally not recommend him. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money.

Dr. Rameriez was a life saver when I 1st visited spring of 2021. She is great…read more In 2022 I relocated to another state and she told me, no problem. We can do telemed. Then shortly after, Paula said, no, you need to find a new Dr. Then Dr. R said, no we can still do telemed, and I paid for an appointment to get an accommodation with my employer. Recently, when I needed to add to my open-case accommodation for the same issue (getting a doctor's note) I was told I need to pay $125 for a visit. My electricity is due to be shut off in a week and I started crying because I need some help to keep my wonderful job, but didn't have $125 at the time. What happens next? I get fired as a client all of a sudden!! All I can say is, **manage your expectations with these people**. Is it not EXTREMELY FISHY that they initially were fine with me paying for another appointment ($125 for just a NOTE which I find exorbitant) and when I don't have the $$ I get an email saying, CAN'T HELP, get a local doctor. "We wish you all the best" I was in need of help and support. NOT getting jerked around several times, and then suddenly let go as a patient!! I guess if I just would have said, yes, let's make a $125 appointment none of this would have happened. I very strongly question the ethics of these people. To me, it reeks of classic GREED and heartlessness. I know others in Prescott who have experience the same money grab. Very sad!!
