Overall, I think the food here is a little overpriced for what you get. There is not much of a variety to choose from in terms of their bases and mix ins (rice, hummus, vegetables, etc) and their proteins were a little bland. I got the spicy chicken which was not very spicy and overall seemed to lack seasoning. My girlfriend got the braised meat, and I also thought it was a little bland. For nearly $20 dollars per bowl, I would expect more. And as Mediterranean bowl restaurant, I think the natural comparison is Cava (I realize the nearest Cava is in Plantation). In my opinion, Cava has better variety and flavor with Rice only beating Cava's portion size. read more

Found this place on Uber Eats and decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did. I ordered the chicken & pollo bowl. Everything was flavorful, fresh and delicious. It has shredded chicken that was seasoned to perfection and slow cooked chicken that was delicious as well. The lemon infused oil was fire! The hummus was yummy, fresh. Big portion. The service was good, but I really wish there were more meal options (e.g. 1 base, 1 protein) and more signage to show what each food item is. While browsing food options I saw Rice was nearby in Las Olas and I could place an order online! Parking Tip: I parked at the Las Olas City Centre Garage, and drove to the side of the building closer to E Las Olas Blvd and made my way down the side stairs. Directly across the street is YOLO and just a few feet to the right from the stairwell exit is Rice! To get back to the garage, enter the lobby around the corner and head to the elevators on the right. There is a desk attendant if you get lost. This location is beautiful and well-designed giving it a fresh vibe. My meal was being packed when I walked in and I waited a few minutes which gave me the chance to snap some pics. I got the vegetarian bowl with falafel, roasted veggies and black lentils. It was so satisfying, filling, and delicious. I crave these bowls every so often and I know if there was a location closer to me I would have one at least once a week! Very affordable price as well. To speed up the ordering process you don't have to stand in the same line if you're not ordering a bowl. Anyone custom making something goes to the left and anyone getting a standard menu item can order directly from the register. Staff were quick and super friendly. I decided to order a custom protein bowl with basmati rice, sriracha tomato hummus, Greek yogurt sumac, honey nut feta, braised beef chick peas, tomatoes and avocado topped with spicy sumac sauce. The flavors were on point. The braised beef was excellent and the honey nut feta was so good. I loved all of the different options for the bowl and there is an extensive menu of kabob platters, salads, wraps, and sides. This is a great addition downtown for a quick heathy meal. Located just off of Las Olas, this Chipotle style Mediterranean restaurant is a delectable delight. Dine in or take out. There is also outdoor seating. They have bowls and platters. The chicken kabob is amazing. There is a platter that comes with choice of protein, salad, and delicious basmati rice.
